Production Coordinator / Analyst
Job Description:
· Provides administrative support to US Production team to source and book talent
· Enters all talent information into Studio databases including but not limited to availability, notes and photos
· Provide support on editorial shoots with runner/assistant tasks
· Keeps track of all talent contracts and paperwork
· Organize production information for internal reviews
· Identifies process improvements and opportunities and assistant with creating process materials
· Supportd the financial tracking by assisting with invoicing
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience in a production environment, handling admin and supporting on shoots
· Organization and ability to focus on admin related tasks
· Self-started with strong project management skills
· Knowledge of industry and understanding of photo crew roles and responsibilities
· Productivity focused and quick problem solver
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to continuously manage multiple tasks
· Self-driven and able to easily communicate ideas and collaborate in a team environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient working knowledge of Mac and PC computing platforms, including Microsoft Office
· Proficiency with database management tools
