Job Description:
Dispute Resolution Good Knowledge at Credit Reporting Disputes Answer/Resolve Credit Bureau Reporting disputes within set parameters Review credit attributes to ensure accurate coding of credit bureau information for use in credit decisions
Responds to general customer information inquiries Enter data into dispute tracking database Maintains Appropriate Position Documentation Great investigator / problem solver / thinks outside the box Decision maker (can make solid decisions) Good knowledge in Tools like Sales Force, HOGAN, MOBIOUS, FICO
