Quantitative UX Researcher, University Grad – USA
Job Description:
Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
Work closely with product teams, as well as other researchers, to identify important research questions
Act as a thought leader in research, while advocating for people who use our products
Generate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy
Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
Work cross-functionally with design, product management, data science, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
Qualifications:
Currently has or in the process of obtaining MA/MS in a human behavior-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Anthropology, Information Science, Computer Science, or Political Science
Knowledge of research methods in at least one subset of methods (e.g., survey design and quantitative data analysis, ethnography) – qualitative and/or quantitative research
Experience conveying research findings and implications to audiences
Analytical, project management, and problem-solving experience
Experience with autonomy and independent decision making to weigh tradeoffs and balance demands

Research Scientist, Systems ML – SW/HW Co-design (University Grad) USA
Job Description:
Apply relevant AI infrastructure and hardware acceleration techniques to build & optimize our intelligent ML systems that improve Meta’s products and experiences
Develop state of the art model compression and scalability techniques using Numerics, pruning, distillation etc.
Goal setting related to project impact, AI system design, and infrastructure/developer efficiency
Directly or influencing partners to deliver impact through deep, thorough data-driven analysis
Drive large efforts across multiple teams
Define use cases, and develop methodology & benchmarks to evaluate different approaches

Qualifications:

Job Description:
Develop a strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, and/or systems

Job Description:
Build experience with Backbone, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure Engineering teams through rotational experiences during your first year

Job Description:
Implement and analyze advanced algorithms and architectures for video transcode and machine learning SoCs.
Analyze and map data center workloads to ASIC architecture
develop performance and functional models at different levels of abstraction to validate the architecture.
Work with a broad array of cross functional partners in ASIC design, verification, silicon bring-up, firmware and software development to ensure the successful production deployment of the SoCs.
