Entry-level Healthcare Analyst – United States
When you join as an Entry-Level Healthcare Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on complex emerging technology and business projects to shape the next phase of innovation in the healthcare industry. You will assist in designing and developing fully functional software products catering to healthcare and aligning with user needs and business goals.
You will serve as part of a team to bridge development and operations functions, automate and streamline operations processes while working collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems by resolving issues in our dev/test/production environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Data Analytics/Data Science.
Internship or academic experience with programming languages like Java, .NET, C#, and PL/SQL.

Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to our passengers via phone, chat, and email.
Compose thoughtful, concise messages that align with voice across all channels.
Monitor rider interactions through visual and audio prompts in our internal tools (we use multiple monitors at a time while running as many as several programs).
Able to multi-task multiple issues while moving from one program to another.
Bring up issues that arise while troubleshooting to Team Leads
Monitor user interactions and prioritize inquiries through our internal CRM system.
Maintain up to date knowledge of self-driving technology.
