COMPLAINTS ANALYST I – Mexico

Job Description:

Under general supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Activities related Complaint Handling:

Responsible for complaint management (Entry, Follow ups, Product Analysis, Closure, etc.).

Possess a thorough understanding of the complaint database.

Understands basic principles, theories, concepts, and techniques related to customer complaints.

Establish reports for the prompt review of new complaints, regulatory reporting decisions, and follow-up.

Develop, establish, prepare, and distribute dashboards and reports to assure complaints are processed in a timely manner.

Responsible for coding the event and ensuring that all the required information for a complaint file is obtained and properly documented to make a final regulatory reporting decision.

Evaluates all information from a clinical and technical perspective to ensure appropriate Analysis, Investigation, Root Cause, and Quality Engineering review is documented prior to.

Qualification:

Completed BS, preferably in computer science, engineering, physical, biological, or natural sciences.

Preferably with 0 to 2 to years of quality, manufacturing, or regulatory experience in medical devices or other regulated industry.

Preferably American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification, Six Sigma experience, and/or knowledge of Process Excellence tools.

Critical thinking and investigation skills are required.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist whose main task would be to ensure great customer service experience in Medical Devices countries in the EMEA region.

Daily you will work as part of the Master Data team, supporting the following:

Support for requests to create/modify customer accounts via ERP system, JD Edwards

Management of product restrictions, Certificate deposits

Actions to improve the customer database

Ensure the proper integration of dematerialized invoices in the public, through the management and monitoring of CHORUS PRO (the portal in France for centralizing the submission of electronic invoices to the French public administration)

QUALIFICATIONS

Inventory Analyst – Europe 

Job Description:

Finalization, control & communication of final Inventory statements & reports (Finished Goods or Fixed Assets) on monthly basis including detailed data analyses with vital explanation, corrections & Journal Entry posting by using SAP & Excel

Support JnJ affiliates and local finance teams (EMEA) in finalization & control of various Inventory reserves (e.g. SLOB, Full absorption, Inventory revaluation, LCM) with P&L impact.

Ensure that all Inventory data are timely reported & shared, making sure that the books are accurate and sales recognition terms are met by Month End closing cut-off.

Help to implement large scale projects that impact inventory (D&A, system onboarding).

Reconciliation of stock, resolving and preventing discrepancies with identified partners (IT, Customer Service, Warehouse, Local finance)

Proactively and timely answer queries from all partners and act as source of knowledge for partners

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Responsibilities:

Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of customers in a prescribed territory.

Job Description:
