Job Description:
Write compelling content for internal and external platforms (web, intranet, blog, social media, etc.), and media outreach activities, in collaboration with internal and external experts
Create multimedia content
Curate content for a variety of Bechtel publications and websites
Perform research and analysis to support issues management, reputation management, and media relations
Support execution of internal and external communications plans
Serve as a webmaster for internal and external websites
Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Broadcasting, Mass
Communications or a related field from an accredited college or University
Eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Good writer, proficient in AP style
Understanding of social media and digital communications
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Online suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Yammer, and PowerPoint)

2024 University Graduate (U.S.) -Waste Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, revise, and maintain plans and procedures including the Hazardous Waste Management and Hazardous Material Environmental Reporting Plan and the Waste Shipment Documentation Procedure.
Provide support for subcontract technical representative for waste disposal, recycling, and transportation contractors.
Support the development of waste stream characterizations and designations and assist in the creation of waste profiles.
Review material requests for waste disposal considerations.
Perform and assist in operational self-assessments.
Assist in the compilation of reports to include Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know
Act / Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act reports.
Perform inspections of waste management areas and activities.
Coordinate waste and material sampling activities.
Perform a variety of staff support functions in support of the operation’s groups.
Support the PCAPP safety culture by working safely, in accordance with procedures, and by enforcing a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Environmental, Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment physical and be able to work safely at an operating waste treatment facility.
Ability to successfully complete required training classes including Hazardous Waste Operations and
Emergency Response training.
Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted access to the Depot.

2024 University Graduate (U.S.) – Hazardous Waste Shipper
Job Description:
This position will report to the Waste Technician Superintendent at the PCAPP project.
The Hazardous Waste Shipper is responsible for providing support to the Waste Management Department to ensure all waste shipments are completed in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Environmental, Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to obtain a 24-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted access to the Depot.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable in the preparation of hazardous material/hazardous waste shipments and shipping documents in compliance with EPA and DOT.
Knowledgeable of waste acceptance criteria for treatment, storage, and/or disposal facilities.

Graduate Construction Coordinator
Job Description:
The Construction Coordinator graduate acts as a representative of the construction functional group and serves as a link between Construction and the Engineering/Procurement teams.
Participates in project meetings to represent construction, prepares and provides input to execution planning, schedules, cost, and general construction execution.
Will develop a working knowledge of construction procedures, work processes, and automation tools used by construction and other functional organizations.
Ensures that construction requirements are made known to the project team in a timely manner and obtains construction responses to the needs of other members of the project team.
Early participation in the design development process by providing constructability input, with a focus on improving construction safety and quality, while seeking to optimize cost and schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university with 1 year experience
