We are seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst to join our Treasury Services (TS) Americas Sales Enablement & Strategy team. This role is located in Pittsburgh or New York – HYBRID.
Job Description:
Support Sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow our Treasury Services business
Conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions and strategic evaluations
Develop thought leadership engagements, highlighting and strengthening our positioning with client facing content, e.g. content creation for industry events, newsletters, etc.
Support key business priorities, marketing strategies and ability to tell our BNYM story in an engaging, differentiated way
Recommend new ideas based on competitive reviews, industry trends and customer experience research
Provide field readiness support for initiatives impacting our clients
Project manage workload, track and report progress, deliver against deadlines
Support projects and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree required
Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
End-to-end project management and ability to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from stakeholders (written and verbal)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) with strong analytical and quantitative skills
Organizational and planning skills with proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and strong self-starting attitude
Strong interest in working with experienced Treasury partners in order to recognize a client’s financial needs and apply appropriate banking solutions

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst I to join our Tech – Production Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, United States and it is Hybrid.
Job Description:
To provide telephone and email support on proprietary banking software products
To present solutions to a diverse range of product queries including general functionality and training, admin, Tier 1 technical advice, while also supporting the more in-depth business-related queries.
To display excellent communication skills and establish a positive rapport with Clients and internal Lines of Business, including the ability to always portray a polite and helpful persona to all stakeholders.
To effectively use the telephone system and call logging products in accordance with CSD guidelines.
To utilize defined escalatory procedures to ensure issues are escalated and managed in an efficient and effective manner.
Support to Line Manager and Supervisor.
Direct Client facing role, providing Support on the Company wide technology platforms.
Initial contact point for the Bank’s cash and custody proprietary product client base (internal and external)
Initiator of escalation of business/technical issues to the pertinent Tier 2 elements of CSAT.
Support to Internal Line of Business when required.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
At least educated to A level standard or equivalent – essential
HDI or similar standard – preferable
ITIL qualified – preferable.
Excellent client support experience gained either within a previous Support Desk / Client Training position or client focused role (at least 2 years’ experience).
Proven experience in the support of a product to external clients (preferable).
A working knowledge of the cash and custody business (preferable)
Existing relationships with related business and technical units (preferable)
Understand the cash and custody business and keen to know more (essential)
Excellent level of written and spoken English (essential)

• Learn and later participate in market making of FX Forwards in EMEA

Qualification:

Job Description:
Credit Analysis & Approval/Portfolio Management: With moderate guidance, assists with analyses of industry, country and counter party credit portfolios and credit portfolio quality.
Interact with portfolio managers, as needed.
May underwrite credit transactions and monitor portfolios for certain industries.
Operational Credit Risk: With moderate guidance, assists with the completion of numerous credit processing and assessment activities, including credit analysis, underwriting, borrower re-rating and transaction review for intraday credit.
Country Risk: With moderate guidance, assists with the assessment and grading of credit quality for the assigned small, standard country.
Tracks the fiscal condition of sovereigns and to draft

Qualification:
Bachelor‘s degree or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
