Product Design Engineer – iPad – USA

Job Description:

In this early-career role, you will apply your mechanical engineering fundamentals to bring a future generation of iPad products to market.

Initially working under the guidance and mentorship of senior engineers, you’ll rapidly learn to function as an independent and capable member of the team.

Developing technical knowledge in new areas to understand design constraints and craft creative solutions

Communicating design intent and inspection requirements with 3D and 2D CAD

Collaborating cross-functionally with various internal departments, such as Industrial Design, EE, Manufacturing, and technology groups to refine and implement the vision for the product

Collaborating with outside vendors to optimize designs for function, aesthetic, and manufacturability

Qualifications:

B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Description:

Within Commissions, you will work with the Commissions analyst to coordinate, build and maintain the quarterly target process.

This involves mapping of commission plans and territory targets, liaising with regional business analysts and WW teams.

The role will also involve analysis and presentation on a quarterly basis of target and business attainment as well as making recommendations to senior executives for commissions treatment.
