The Early Career Program (ECP) is 24 month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A Long Term Internship at GE Aerospace is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an ECP at GE Aerospace you will gain hands on experience across the most important elements of GE Aerospace Operations

Job Responsibilities:
As an ECP Trainee at GE Aerospace, you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions. As the traineeship progresses, the you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.
You will cover different contents in the following areas during your rotational work:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
Desired:
Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquirer
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively
