Job Description:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Team Administrative Assistant to join our team on a key client account. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our portfolio nationally.
Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Director, Portfolio Operations Manager and the wider team as required
Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
Prepare and format reports/meeting agendas, meeting minutes and prepare for final distribution
Prepare monthly expense reconciliations, maintain credit card transactions across the portfolio
Organise meetings, client activities and functions and provide assistance with the organisation of conferences, including identifying venues, organising entertainment & travel arrangements
Organise travel and accommodation for the team when required and maintain accurate travel expenditure records
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Maintain portfolio document management systems and ensure file management systems are kept up to date and filing is undertaken on a regular basis as required.
Qualification:
Expert level and experience of core Microsoft Packages – Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.

Job Description:
Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
Supervise local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the real estate market
Provide support with deals, including market analysis, proposal reviews and summaries, and financial analysis
Financial modeling and underwriting support
Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
Assist in deal tracking across a pipeline of over 40 transactions totaling $5 billion in volume
Qualification:
Strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate

Financial Analyst – PTP (Fresh Grads) Malaysia
Job Requirement:
Responsible for the functions of Accounts Payable – preparation of vendor payments, staff claims, Inter-company payments, & ad-hoc payment requests.
Ensure payment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system.
Reconciliation of vendor statements against ERP vendor account.
Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance of SSC processes and procedures.
Replying to any payment queries to the respective site or Country Finance within 3 working days.
Monthly Reporting-Complete monthly bank reconciliation and monthly exception report.
Establish and maintain an e-filing system for correspondence and documents.

What You’ll Need
