Job Description:
Implement continuous improvement and transformation projects
Identify processes susceptible to improvement in productivity and quality
Define tools that facilitate decision-making in real time or with predictive analysis
Carry out the necessary analysis for the proposal of options, follow-up presentations and conclusions. Preparation of Business Case
Promote change management and continuous improvement
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Actively participate in innovation and digital transformation processes with value proposals.
Digitization and automation of processes
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Engineering.
High english level
Lean Management Methodology
Knowledge of Machine Learning / AI / Industry 4.0 will be necessary
Advanced Excel (VSearch, pivot tables, charts, analysis…)Power BI
Process Methodology – BPM.
