Early Talent Analyst, Direct Hire I – USA
Job Description:
As a Early Talent Analyst, Direct Hire I your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops to gain practical experience.
As a graduate trainee, you need to be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department. You should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint.

Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Representative I

Senior Associate, Database Engineer
As a junior DBA, you will be instrumental in designing, maintaining, and supporting multiple databases. Your knowledge of database administration on Oracle databases will play a pivotal role in ensuring the scalability, performance, and robustness of the Structured Debt Client Applications.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and external vendors on all database related activities.
Assist development teams on database design and modelling and creating physical database structures.
Utilize your knowledge in Oracle database to design, develop and optimize data models for seamless storage within a distributed system.
Conduct regular database performance reviews and work with the teams to remediate the performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
Assist on code deployments for various environments and debug issues by working closely with the development teams.
Maintain all database environments to be more resilient and address all vulnerabilities in timely manner by applying recommendations from database vendors.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 1+ years of experience in database administration.
2-6 years of experience with Oracle Database Administration activities such as installation, configuration, and patching on Linux/AWS RDS
Experience should include performance tuning, storage management, backup, recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies.
Practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (11gR2/19c) is a plus.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud database services like AWS Aurora (Postgres/MySQL) is a plus.
RMAN Optimization Setup Oracle Data Guard and troubleshot data sync issues
Experience with Oracle Golden Gate is plus.
Provides technical support to application development teams. The DBA is usually the point of contact for Oracle Corporation for any SRs to resolve.
Willing to learn/adapt to new database technologies.

Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst II
Maintain Production stability by monitoring Production alerts and Incidents and take timely remediation actions as defined in our standard operating procedure (SOP).
Handle Incident bridge calls on need basis playing the role of Senior Incident officer (SIO).
Participate actively with our automation efforts to reduce manual work.
Cover IST shifts (6:30 am to 3:30 pm / 2 pm to 11 pm IST) for our India support team as per their rotational shift model. Our 2 Shift cycles are either Sundays to Thursdays or Tuesdays to Saturdays.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent degree
2 + years of relevant Application support experience in distributed / mainframe environments with strong hold on Unix commands.
Solid experience in Incident Management process to perform the role of Senior Incident officer (SIO) while handling major Incidents for all our LOBs in Corporate Engineering.
Hands on exposure of monitoring, scheduling, and reporting tools like Moogsoft, Splunk, App dynamics, Dynatrace, Synthetic monitoring, ESP, Control-M, Service now, Thousand eyes etc.
Hands on with any scripting programming languages like Python or Shell scripting.
Strong communication for handling management communications and debugging skills following documented standard operating procedures or knowledge documents.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our CT – Analytics team. This role is located in Pune- HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
This position is responsible for building and maintaining highly critical structured finance waterfall models, Model Maintenance, carrying out distribution payment run and reporting.
This requires analyzing and understanding the legal documents thoroughly and to identify the relevant details required to build the model.
BNY Mellon in its role as a Trustee to ensure accuracy of payments to the investor, as any error has a financial and reputational impact.

Qualification:
