Electrical Engineer – US
Job Description:
Maintain current knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities, practices, market conditions, and channels.
Provide engineering functions in support of product marketing, manufacturing, and sales in line with company and product line objectives.
Serve as primary contact for customers as technical liaison in all aspects of product application, performance, and compliance to specifications and solutions to complex customer problems.
Review and analyze product configurations and components, design circuits, perform engineering calculations, and provide input to other departments including drafting, purchasing, and manufacturing personnel.
Participate in company activities such as product design, market and product improvements, productivity, quality and safety improvements.
Participate in customer project review/drawing approval meetings.
Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.

Design Engineer – Philippines
1.The Design Engineer role is responsible for the design, documentation, and verification of customized deployments of our standard products for specialized customer applications.
2.Additionally, the Design Engineer may be required to design, document, and verify new product extensions to existing product platforms that meet market requirements for performance, cost, safety, schedule, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
3.The Design Engineer is also responsible to contribute to engineering sustainment functions related to increasing customer satisfaction, cost containment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
BS Mechanical Engineering
1-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering role
3D Parametric solid modeling software Pro-E/Creo or Solidworks. ASTM Y14 drafting standards.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management Software (Enovia PLM and 3D experience a plus).
Must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with customers.

NPI Sustaining Engineer – Mexico
Job Responsibilities:
1 Contribute to achieve the High Five metrics of the focus factory.
2 Participate on Tier meetings related to the focus factory and works with the team for permanente and temporal changes implementations.
3 Provide sustaining line support in design activities and/or modification of hardware.
4 Support “Cost Out” activities from an engineering and material perspective.
5 Responsible for managing balanced scorecard for metrics related to implementation of changes.
6 Supports all NPIs gates and sub-processes reviews. Provide required information and participate in projects pulsing for NPD programs.
7 Updates and manages procedures related to permanent changes and temporal changes (MCOs and Deviations)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electronics or Mechanical (or similar).
2-3 years of experience in a similar position, Electronic manufactuing environment a plus.
Experience/knowledge with manufacturing processes, PFEMA, process flow, APQP, etc.
Competencies required:
Strong knowledge in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21 and basic knowledge of IATF-16949.

The position will be individual contributor & part of APMR’s Pricing analytic team. The position will require working in a cross functional team to manage price approval process along with pricing data in a sustainable way. The incumbent will work in partnership with price operation team members to standardize processes, metrics, and scorecards for Quality, Productivity, Operations. Incumbent will support the country sales organizations for component-based price management in assigned region(s) or country(s) including Pricing approvals, contract quotes, and requests. Liaison with Pricing/Business Analyst and Regional Pricing Manager, Eaton Sales Team, and Product Management. Support projects or programs for price and quote management, with coordination of cross-functional resources.
Qualifications:

Job Description:
• Provide on-site implementation of Power Management and mission critical monitoring and control systems including Power Xpert, Foreseer, PowerNet, and next generation Power Monitoring platforms
• Provide applied engineering and consultation to customers in the areas of system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power management, control, and mission critical systems.
Qualifications:
