Wholesale KYC Production Analyst – Europe

As a KYC Production Analyst in Wholesale KYC Operations team, you will manage expectations on turnaround timeframes and provide appropriate updates on the progress of the onboarding. You will be working in an analytical and dynamic environment and evaluate complex documents in order to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Job responsibilities

Completes Enhanced Due Diligence cases for new-to-bank onboardings as well as existing reviews for the CIB (Corporate Investment Bank) Front Office, prioritizes active requests, provides status updates of key onboardings

Ensures all information to and from our Clients is accurate, complete and compliant with AML,

Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements

Stays up to date of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure impacts are identified for in-progress requests

Manages personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management

Financial Planning & Analysis- Analyst – India

Job Responsibilities

Produce management reports on a weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis within tight timelines and with the highest degree of accuracy and quality
Handle adhoc requests coming from senior management on metrics and PnL lines in a timely manner by understanding the context of the requests.
Provide crisp and insightful commentary in reports that explain numbers in clear and summarized manner.
Play a key role in producing the Budget decks, walks and review material during the annual budgeting cycle.
Handle month close related deliverables including review decks and walks.
Support CCAR, Risk Appetite and other regulatory reporting processes as appropriate.

Qualifications:

As a Project Management Analyst within our team, you will deliver projects that enhance the functionality and reporting of existing retail and corporate platforms. As a Trading Services Analyst, you’ll be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re-engineering and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

Upload market data to different risk management systems
Perform reconciliations against market sources
Perform numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office reconciliations, middle office to back office reconciliations

Qualification:
