- Should have worked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance
- Experience in handling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retire process.
- Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
- Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments.
- International payroll experience and global payroll service delivery
- Accounting and financial reporting experience

Talent Acquisition- US Staffing, US Recruitment
Experience: 1-9 Years
Shift: Night Shifts only. Should be flexible with rotational shifts too.
- Minimum 1 to 9 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in US Staffing Market
- Experience in US Staffing market with contract and Full-Time hiring experience.
- Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain
- Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High and Executive roles across different organization / business units.
- Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, for U.S. Citizens, GC.
- Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)
- Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social networking tools, university alumni sites, local organizations websites, discussion groups, and public and proprietary resume databases.
- Full life cycle recruiting experience – understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.

- Should have interacted with Employees as part of learning admin experience.

- Preferably should have worked on SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of employee personal information and documents.
- Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments
- International WFA experience and global employee data management
- Accounting and financial reporting experience
Eligibility Criteria: –
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
- Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
- Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in any discipline preferably someone with human resource administration
- Need to be flexible with night shifts.
