Junior Capabilities and Insights Analyst – Corporate and Investment Banking – India
Job Description:
- You will support consulting teams on client engagements with research requirements on CIB related topics. This will include consolidating data across multiple sources, developing unique perspectives, creating client ready materials and other tasks as needs arise.
- You will conduct primary and secondary research within the CIB domain, using proprietary and third-party data sources. You will be responsible for packaging research findings in the form of client ready end products which could be power point presentations and/or financial models.
- Over time, you will be expected to develop expertise within a specific area in CIB and drive research and development of new knowledge as well as contribute to broader knowledge development and proprietary assets.
- Additionally, you will be an active member of the global PFIC community and develop relationships around the globe to build on your knowledge and provide support to the broader network as needed.
Qualification:
- Graduate in finance or economics
- Good understanding of banking concepts and knowledge of financial products and/or banking operations and sound knowledge of industry issues and competitive trends would be helpful
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including macros; creating regression equations
- Strong analytical skills e.g. SQL; Tableau; Alteryx is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills Professional attitude and service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Research Intern – USA
This internship position is a 12-month full-time opportunity for students or new professionals looking to gain that extra step towards their professional development.Please note:This internship cannot be used to satisfy the requirements of the Professional Practice.
- You will leverage a solid understanding of business trends, issues and concepts to effectively and efficiently respond to research questions by delivering synthesized, actionable facts and insights.

Associate Intern – McKinsey Digital – Europe
- You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
- Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.
- Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
