Client Onboarding Specialist

Location – Bangalore, India.

Job Description:

We, at Mphasis are seeking immediate joiners with minimum 2 years of expertise to join our team as Client Onboarding Specialist.

The Specialist will be responsible for supporting Client Service Transfer and process the request per defined bank guidelines and mandates.

Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, highly goal oriented with excellent verbal and written communication and interact with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues/ dependencies and track the activity to closure.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Reviewing and understanding the banker request.

2. Manage the service line transfer and current relationship scope across LOBs.

3. Performs required research for a product set-up and service transfer to assess documentation and approval requirements.

4. Manage activities through instruction via internal portals with external clients and internal stakeholders such as banker and connect via email, chat and phone calls as necessary.

5. Ensure documentation conforms to the Bank’s legal guidelines and policies and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework.

6. Ownership to the assigned transfer cases and follow up / escalate per defined process.

7. Ensure all applicable approvals are secured and the request is executed

Qualifications:

1. Graduates with minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or knowledge of legal documentation and account products, entity organizational documents, tax documentation and other documentation types.

2. Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues.

4. Knowledge of TS & CB Products and Operations will be an added advantage.

5. Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage.

6. Flexible to work in 24/5 process including night shifts.

Trainee Transaction Processing Executive/Officer – India 

Job Description:

To process the Capital Market – Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).

Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, WORD, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting

Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy

Excellent Communication skills – to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc

Good and sound knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Market Concepts – Primarily.

Good understanding of Financial Concepts, Investments, Calculation, Accounting methods

Sound Analytical, Quick Learning ability, Zeal to learn new things.

100% Accurate work required as Errors will have financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.

Strictly US Shift Working Hours (India Late Evening or Night Shifts) – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if requirement arises.

Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves

To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company

Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred,

Candidate with good work experience but with other Specialization can be looked into to some extent Only.

Additional Certification on Financial Aspects is added advantage.
