Job Description
Attending Customer / Employees call & resolving Customer query through call & emails
Handling query regarding employee pay-outs & Reimbursement such as Salary, Traveling expenses, Foreign Travel, LTA, Mediclaim and Hospitalization.
Field incoming requests to the Processing teams via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
Prioritize and schedule queries/complaints Escalate complaints (when required) to the appropriate team/personnel.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the HD and organization
Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations
Fluent English and Hindi language skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
Good command on English written communication.
Experience from Call centre / BPO will be preferred
Education Any Graduate (B. Com./ BA/ B.Sci)
Experience 0.6 to 3 yrs.
