Power Gard Administrator
As Power Gard Administrator, you will be a part of international Order Fulfillment team responsible for processing contracts of additional protection beyond the normal factory warranty
Job Description:
Independent verification and approval of incoming Power Gard applications
Maintenance and administration invoicing of incoming Power Gard applications in SAP
Work closely with Sales branches, Dealer network and Aftermarket Region 2 department
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements for this position:
Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing
Familiarity with SAP knowledge, MS Excel
University graduate
Very good in English is a must
Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills
Adapting easily and focusing on customer
Team work player – creating trust, with high communication skills
