Product Engineer (No Prior Experience Required)

Job Description:
If you are our Product Engineer in Singapore, you will have a chance to
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of manufacturing quality issues and minimize the impact of the issue to end-customers
Develop and execute test plans to qualify product or manufacturing changes to ensure there is no impact to the product performance
Collaborate across HP value chain to develop and implement measures to improve product quality and factory quality system
Support the activities for new products and extensions and work with R&D to transfer them to the manufacturing
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Material Science/ Manufacturing/Chemistry or Equivalent.
Strong leadership skills
Possess good understanding of fundamental manufacturing process, methodologies and environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Good understanding of quality assurance & process control knowledge
Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure and tight schedules
Proactive, innovative and self-motivating
Possess knowledge of smart manufacturing technologies and data analytics will be an added advantage
