Digital Marketing Assistant – Internship
Remote position
We are looking for a university student majoring or minoring in Marketing to join the Digital Marketing team in the Big Data and Security (BDS) division of Atos. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the management of digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools Marketo and Salesforce, as well as creating and deploying engaging social media messaging for campaigns.
Internship 2024

Analyze website traffic statistics, monitor, and create analytics reports
Assist in creating Marketo marketing automation campaigns and programs

Create digital marketing reports
Qualification:
You are attending University with a major or minor in Marketing
You can work effectively on complex topics
You have an appetite for technical and social subjects
You master the fundamentals of marketing, the Office pack, and social networks
You are fluent in English
You are an organized and dynamic person
You can take a small amount of information and, with some research, turn it into a story
Required :
Excellent project management skills
Marketo experience
Salesforce experience
KPI analysis and reporting
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Social media management

Business Administration Apprentice – GB
Our Business Administration Apprenticeship is your opportunity to gain the confidence and experience you need to get a real head start.
Working in the Health & Life Science (HLS) area, these 12-18 months programme will develop you into a capable team member, with real skills and responsibilities to drive the rest of your career.
Throughout the course you’ll learn and use skills that will support you in a wide range of business and administration tasks.
As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, and by the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship you’ll be a trusted professional, ready to contribute to live projects and progress your career.
If you like being well organised and analysing information, and you have great communications skills, this programme is for you.
Job Description:
You’ll develop some of the most essential business skills around.
From a technical perspective, your modules will cover the general principles of business, reporting and analysing data, and managing budgets, resources and change including project management.
You’ll receive plenty of support to improve your personal and business skills, which are just as important.
This will include planning your time, presenting at meetings, directly serving our customers and building relationships with people across the business.
You’ll get the opportunity to work on various rotations, to help you build your experience. For example, the areas of process, project, service delivery and management, governance and communication and quality management.
We’ll give you everything you need to operate as a fully-fledged business professional.
Qualifications:

Our standard entry requirements apply: A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (grade 4-9 / A-C) including Maths and English.

Register of Interest for Atos Apprenticeship Schemes 2024
Each year we offer a range of Apprenticeship roles at Level 3 and Level 4 (SQF6 & SQF8) and examples of the types of schemes we offer are Level 3 Business Administration, Level 3 Junior Developer, Level 4 Data Analyst, Level 4 Dev Ops and Level 4 Digital Accessibility Specialist.
You will get a permanent contract of employment from Day 1, so you must have permanent eligibility to remain and work in the UK, as we don’t sponsor visas for apprenticeships. You will be on a structured apprenticeship scheme where you will learn the technical requirements of your role, as well as some personal and business skills training and a week at The Outward Bound Trust.
You will be part of our Graduate, Intern and Apprentice Community, which gives you opportunities to get involved in activities outside of your day job, and will help you build up a network across the organisation.
