The Google Digital Upskilling Program is a paid developmental program for early careers with disabilities where participants will receive digital skills training and on-the-job-training for 2 years. The goal of this program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career with digital skills.
Throughout this program, participants take training programs to learn digital skills, digital marketing knowledge, general business skills, and English skills for career development. Also participants work on on-the-job-training to implement skills and knowledge above.
Job Responsibilities
Complete all training programs on this program and on-the-job-training.
Develop digital skills, digital marketing knowledge, and general business/English skills throughout the program.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience working within a team.
Ability to speak and write in Japanese and English fluently.
Preferred
Knowledge and skills as a general internet users.
Knowledge of Google suites (e.g., sheets, docs, etc.).
Interest in developing career with digital knowledge/skills.
