Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing cyber security services associated with industrial Process Control Networks for Honeywell customers in the Oil and Gas; Hydrocarbon Processing; Power Generation; Pulp, Paper & Printing; Continuous Web Solutions; Petrochemicals; Life Sciences; and Metals, Minerals and Mining markets. Services provided include consulting, troubleshooting, network designs, implementation, assessments, and other related tasks as identified.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
Maintain technical competency with the Honeywell Process Solutions security and networking product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated security/network disciplines.
Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO27001, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, Cyber Security, Computer engineering.

Must have:

Linux/Windows Security Basics.
Familiarity within Industrial Process Control.

Field Service Engineer I-Early Career Program – Europe 

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer I to be part of our TecPro Early Career Program and join our Industrial Automation Business unit team in Milan or Padova.

· You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.

· Understand customer needs and solve technical issues by relying on the Honeywell support network to provide excellent customer service respecting and representing Honeywell’s high-quality services, ethics, and values.

· Support System’s Migration and Upgrades.

The Cyber Security Engineer I reports to the Product Security Assurance Leader and will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the security posture of a variety of Honeywell Products and partner technologies. This role will be responsible for security services delivery, which may include use of application/network/Mobile/Cloud/Container security toolsets, detection of security defects, and remediation consultation of those weaknesses.
