Supply Chain Graduate Hire Technical – USA
Job Responsibility:
Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of supply chain initiatives.
Review and analyze whether or not new supply chain concepts that support an Integrated Supply Chain should be adopted by HP (i.e., JIS—Just In Sequence)
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to supply chain management and process improvement
Qualification:
Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity IT, Environmental Sciences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and Sharepoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work successfully in an environment with varying levels of complexity
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Preferred:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL and Access database a plus
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or others a plus
Knowledge of statistical analysis, and financial modeling
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in creating Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

Americas Sustainability Compliance Officer (Graduate role) – USA
Job Description:
Support our sustainability compliance team to ensure HP product and services are compliant with sustainability regulations and legislation within the Americas Region.
You will help track, influence and ensure compliance with legislative requirements on WEEE, batteries, packaging, eco design, waste shipment, supply chain responsibility, materials, climate, ESG and the circular economy.
You will help the team to maintain roadmaps and dashboards of compliance requirements for the Americas Region.
You will develop draft policy analysis and compliance instructions that will be used to keep internal teams aware of the new legislation and convey the key requirements to the relevant implementation teams.
You will also support advocacy and attend meetings with industry associations key stakeholders and policy makers. You will help ensure HP is a trusted advisor in the policy making process and help shape constructive policy proposals.
You will also support the AMS Compliance Lead including maintaining and improving our compliance processes, reporting, and records management. You may also support compliance improvement projects.
Qualification:
Passion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a significant sustainability or environmental policy focus (eg Geography, Environmental Policy, Environmental Management, Environmental and Business, Environmental Law or equivalent.)
English and Spanish language skills (fluent).
This is a graduate role and so we are looking for a candidate that is no more than a year post graduation.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborates with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
Works with more senior engineers in the design and deployment of software in cloud environments.
Design and develop solutions that protect and manage cloud native apps and data.
Assists in the design and implementation of new cloud-based systems.
Takes direction from more senior engineers with regards to best practices within the cloud engineering function.
