Higher Diploma in Financial Services Analytics – Apprenticeship
The IFS Apprenticeship Programme annual intake commences in September every year. This is a 2 year programme after which apprentices would achieve a Level 6 qualification from the National College of Ireland (NCI) with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program.
The Apprenticeship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate interest areas and will offer an introduction to corporate life within Financial Services, Payments and Funds. Each week, Apprentices will work 4 days with JPM and 1 day in the National College of Ireland (NCI). This is a paid apprenticeship,
Please note that the Higher Diploma apprenticeship required candidates to already have a minimum of a 2.2, 3rd level degree.

This unique 2 year programme offers support and resources to those looking to kickstart their career in International Financial Services, providing opportunities for learning, networking and mentorship.
Ideal candidates for the program are creative and motivated team players with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills who are excited to pursue a career in the Financial Services sector including career changers/career movers.
Apprentices will be hired across a range of business areas: Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Banking, Merchant Acquiring & Payments.
Applicants must have valid permission to work in Ireland and meet with the requirements of the programme.
earners graduating with a 2.2 honours degree at level 8 in any discipline are eligible to apply for this programme. Non-standard applications will be also considered on an individual basis, subject to the completion and approval of a Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) application.
As this is an Apprenticeship programme, participation on the programme is contingent upon the apprentice being offered an Apprenticeship role with an employer participating in the Apprenticeship scheme.
Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age before commencing the academic programme.

Higher Certificate in International Financial Services Apprenticeship

Minimum entry requirements are a grade H7/O6 or above in five Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) subjects. A minimum of grade O6 must be obtained in English. A minimum of grade O6 or a B2 or above in Foundation level must be obtained in Mathematics.
Holders of a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Business (or equivalent) or QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Business (or equivalent) can apply for entry onto the programme.
Non-standard applications will be also considered on an individual basis. Applicants under 21 will be assessed based on Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
