Job Description:
1. Handling of Downstream operations for commercial batch manufacturing of PEG-GSCF (E.coli based product).
2. Handling of critical equipment like Chromatography columns and systems, Ultrafiltration and Di-filtration Systems , Process vessels etc
3. Well Versed with Protein purification concepts like , Chromatography, Filtration , centrifugation etc
4. Work in manufacturing team for 24 x7 hrs in 3 shifts.
5. Compliance to current GMP guidance and EHS policies.
6. Coordination with cross functional teams for completion of batches on time.
7. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Control Procedures.

EXECUTIVE (6829)
GENERIC FORMULATIONS – COMPRESSION OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test for Tablet Compression (GEA module P & Cadmach).
• Person with knowledge about functioning of Containment work station will get preference.
• Candidate must have worked in companies with major regulatory approvals (like USFDA, MHRA etc.).
• To execute the manufacturing process as per instructions given in manufacturing record.
• Candidate shall be responsible to maintain change part inventory at minimum level.
• Equipment upkeeping through on time completion of machine maintenance in co-ordination with Engineering persons
• To adhere to the standard procedures in the department.
• Candidate must be compliant to GMP and GDP in day to day activities.
• To prioritize and practice the safety principles and company policies in factory premises.
• Responsible for execution of daily production plan.
• To take active participation in Operational excellence projects.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (16533)
Job Description:
1.Follow cGMP in production department and online documentation.
2. Follow entry/ exit procedure as per SOP.
3. Monitoring and recording of area temperature and differential pressure in the records.
4. Monitoring and recording of LAF readings in the records.
5. Follow Aseptic practices and Behaviours in Aseptic Area.
6. Performing filtration of the formulated solutions for filling.
7. Carryout integrity testing of Capsule Filter as per SOP.
8. Performing Vial/Cartridge filling machine assembly and aseptic connection as per SOP.
9. Performing changeover of machine parts with respect to batches.
10. Loading/Unloading of vials in & from lyophilizer.
11. Unloading of sterilized articles from the autoclave as per SOP.
12. To participate in Aseptic Process Simulation or Media Fill Study/ Gowning re-qualification as per the schedule/plan.
13. To provide Personnel monitoring samples (Finger DAB/ Gowns) to microbiologist after activity as per SOP.
14. To execute Development batches in co-ordination with R&D.

Job Description:
1. Support the manufacturing team and participate/supervise in shift operations (Chromatography, buffer preparation, cleaning equipment, operation of centrifuges, Lyophilizer operation, sterilization of equipment, etc.).
2. To follow the established procedures and adhere to the policies of the company pertaining to EHS.
3. Adherence to available Standard Operating Procedures & product specifications.
4. Monitoring and control of specific production operations, entering data in Quality Records.
5. Calibration of pH and weighing instruments in production.
6. Calibration of weighing instruments in production.
7. Reporting of product/system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
8. Product handling and packaging.
9. Adherence to Good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
Technical / Functional Skills:
1. 1. Knowledge on centrifuge operations, reactors handling, Drying operations, filtration and chromatography operations.

Behavioral / Management / Other Skills :
