Technology Support and Operations Specialist – USA & Canada
Job Description:
As the Technology Support and Operations Specialist, you contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends and advance the digital studios and virtual training delivery tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Support measures remote training productivity by analyzing MCT(My Customer Training) data, and activity reports for eCAS and remote delivery.
Set roadmaps and implementation plans for new technologies/tools to the team
Oversight of all digital/virtual projects across businesses to enhance remote education and clinical support.
Work closely with Modality eClinical Managers and operations team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, SOP for Remote education needs.
Active Remote Education tools/applications research. Lead and initiate conversations with third party companies/vendors to learn, demo, and pilot with team members and its potential for adoption and usage to improve remote education.
Qualifications:
BS/BA or Technical degree in AV support or equivalent or 3 years of experience in related field
Comfortable interacting and presenting in the virtual environment
Driven by advancements in the role of technology to promote new methods of remote sessions
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills from a remote environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Self-management and organizational skills.
Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and shift priorities as needed.
Familiarity with networking in information technology
