Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV – Manual Payments (Fresh Graduates)

As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV on the Manual Payments Team, you will work on a night shift position to support the day-to-day Payment processing Operations for the Western Hemisphere (WHEM) Manual Payments Team. You will process manual payments based on instructions from internal and external clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand and execute client’s payment requests after performing necessary defined controls with 100% accuracy.
Understand complex product processing impacting delivery of USD Clearing products and services.
Ensure that payment instructions are properly authenticated and authorized by appropriate parties in compliance with risk and control guidelines.
Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority
Ensure that all relevant deadlines and stipulated controls are met.
Provide MIS reports with accuracy and completeness of data.
Assist in the training/education of other members in job functions/procedures relating to the unit.
Process any required back-up tasks relating to production, identifying ways to improve current work practices.
Work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks to be undertaken.
Participate in the rotation of functions within the group ensuring no degradation to work flows
Process payments during U.S. Hours, hence this will be a complete Night Shift Role
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate in banking and finance with good academic record
Willing to work in night shift
Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
An acute client focus.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred:
Experience and a working knowledge of various aspects of International Payment Processing Operations.
Experience in backoffice operations of a reputed foreign bank or it’s processing arm/private sector bank/public sector bank as a supervisor would be beneficial.
Working Knowledge of SWIFT & international payment conventions & practices is preferable.

Tax Oriented Investments – Affordable Housing – Associate – United States
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee LIHTC Projects within an assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with Section 42 program regulatory requirements.
Review/Approve Annual File Review Audits and monitoring for submission of File Review Corrections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners with participating in annual meetings, hosting monthly/bi-monthly calls, as well as monitoring and resolving compliance issues within our partner’s portfolio.
Monitoring LIHTC projects for lease-up progress and requesting/reviewing initial files to minimize risk of loss of credits, including income/asset calculations, rent/income limits, utility allowance requirements, and adherence to LIHTC program regulations.
Timely updates to internal tracking system for portfolio monitoring.
Track annual reporting submissions as required by state agencies for accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor portfolio for state agency audits and reviewing to evaluate potential credit loss risk along with tracking any required finding corrections for accuracy/timeliness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, economics, or real estate finance.
Experience (e.g., internship) in real estate or related area or Property Management Experience with a Multi-Family LIHTC property.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and accurate, with a strong desire to learn and excel.
Ability to work independently and interact with different levels of management.
Ability to prioritize workload and competing demands for time and attention.
Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred:
Preferred experience of compliance processing LIHTC paperwork as well as general Affordable Housing Certifications (NAHMA: TCS and/or HCCP)

Corporate Investment Banking Technology Audit Associate – India
This role is for you as an experienced Information technology audit professional to join the Corporate Investment Banking Technology Audit Team.
As a Auditor Associate in our Internal Audit group you will strengthen internal controls in a fast paced environment. This role will report locally into Audit Manager or Director in India and functionally to Audit Director onshore and will be based in India.
Job Responsibilities:
You will work closely with business and technology audit colleagues to ensure that key risks are identified and assessed in the program of audit coverage.
Assist in all aspects of audits including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, documentation, report drafting and follow up and verification of issue closure.
Perform audit work in accordance with department and professional standards, and complete assignments in an efficient manner (timely and within budget).
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of audit coverage.
Write audit work papers and reports with minimal intervention by the Audit manager.
Partner with colleagues, stakeholders and control community members to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls with appropriate recommendations for improvement. This may be delivered through specific audit reviews or through ongoing involvement in major activities or projects, with strong working relationships while maintaining independence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or relevant financial services experience) required with technology auditing experience.
Solid understanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner.
Strong analytical skills particularly in regard to assessing the probability and impact of an internal control weakness. Proven ability to multi task as well as assess and change priorities.
Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle concepts with an ability to quickly learn a complex, distributed computing environment.
Knowledge of coding and/or data analytics considered a plus along with a good understanding of controls related to operating system and database platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
