Junior Associate – Life Sciences
Job Description:
Your job will include gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
As a Junior associate, you will receive training on how to better structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them, and to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Qualification:
Undergraduate degree, master’s degree, Ph.D., or equivalent higher-education qualifications
Internships or work experience in life science related areas (Medical Doctor, pharmacology, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical products, chemicals, medical affairs, healthcare and public health, etc.) is considered a plus
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English is a must; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage
