Application Project Engineer – Europe
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize the activities provided by the Engineering Manager in conjunction with the Oil-Free and Industrial Air business lines.
Support Customer Center sales channel by evaluating the technical/commercial feasibility of a tender and help to clarify customer inquiries and specifications.
Review complete request for quotations including all applicable specifications and prepare detailed exceptions as needed.
Review at Order meeting the complete request for quotations including all applicable specifications and prepare detailed exceptions as needed.
Provide the entire scope of supply, define specific product & project management strategy to secure the business and the invoicing; complete, independently, technical and commercial evaluations of any extra activity to provide professional job handling, costing report details and consolidated gross profit calculations.
Prepare and lead detailed technical documentation and Customer meetings & and bid clarification meetings.
Provide technical specification for equipment and service procurement to complete the order scope of supply.
Lead detailed hand over meetings with the project engineer/project execution team.
Liaise between the customer center, System Group entities, qualified vendors and end customers during the entire “life” of the project.
Keep a running detailed project log current with necessary details to track quoting activity, status and results. Review log regularly with regional team and Systems Group entities’ management.
Support the Business Line in training of stagers and provide consistent training technical contents
Coordinate the drafting activities and priorities
Take responsibility for CGP% and proposal hit rate.
Keep CRM uptated
Qualification:
A Graduated in Engineering disciplines (Mechanic or Electric), preferably with an experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
We are a multinational company… so English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
Our offices are in Cinisello Balsamo, so we are looking for someone who lives in the nearby.

Customer Service Internship – Thailand
We are looking for the Customer Service Internship based in Wellgrow Industrial Estate Thailand.
The Role
In this role you are responsible to carry out duty that ensure efficiency and accuracy in Order to Cash (OtC), Pick to Ship (PtS), Purchase to Pay (PtP), Transportation, Trade compliance and Warehousing related functions in your organization.
Qualification:
University degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or similar academic background.
Preferrable with 1 years of relevant experience in supply chain / logistics within an industrial environment.
Preferrable with knowledge in Import and Export Procedures, Customs tariff classifications, incoterms
Computer literate with intermediate excel skills
High level of communication and organisational skills.
Exposure to ERP system
