Job Description:

Ensuring all installation / de-installation tasks are performed in accordance with established procedures, including the adherence to local Change Management procedures

Ensure the installation of all cabling including fibres is correctly installed and labelled.

Provide media support functions as required

Create procedures for the installation / de-installation of hardware devices

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform audit functions

Ensure the “Machine Hall” is kept exceptionally tidy and in a presentable condition

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 5 Scottish National 5 certificates grade A to C (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Operations Engineer

We’re looking for an Operations Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to be responsible for performing computer operations tasks in a large Mainframe, Wintel/UNIX, AS400 data center environment to include duties for daily monitoring of consoles, utilization of support tools, perform batch processing, monitor mainframe and midrange environments and Junior Sys Admin roles.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytic experience and troubleshooting skills is required

• Availability to work day or night shift, adhere to 12 hr work schedule, work weekends and holidays when required

• Troubleshoot priority 1-4 ticket requests, monitor department ticket queues, identify problem and initiate write up, ensure detailed updates, provide accurate description of issue, document detailed work activity, identify related issues, see issue to resolution or escalate to next tier

SOC Analyst – India

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all threats at customer environment are detected and notified in timely manner.

Continuous review of Incidents to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Provide training and feedback to Security Analysts to ensure high quality deliverables.

Identify and execute continuous improvements in monitoring including threat scenarios and operating procedures.

Interact with customers on queries and improvements related to service deliverables.

Perform root cause analysis for any errors /deficiencies pointed out in the monitoring service.

Qualification:

Minimum 2-year experience working in security operations environment, or 2+ years’ experience in IT operations Data center, NOC, Endpoint.

Accounting Assistant

This is an office-based role, which is full time and based in Glasgow. Some travel to other sites (internal and external) may be necessary on occasion.

The Product Accounting (PA) team provide the financial custodianship associated with the control, reconciliation and reporting of the payment and receipt of NS&I funds, including on our B2B accounts.

This includes 3rd party system administration, live support, producing the monthly and annual accounting packs for each NS&I product account, TFC, HTS and CFO, management of the sales and payment channels and reconciliation of bank statements.
