IT Intern – Europe
Job Description:
You will assist the local Information Technology department, dealing with all aspects of technology for a wide number of users based in Italian offices (Milan and Rome). This will include user support, devices’ setup, maintenance and service, telecommunications, assisting with network and infrastructure maintenance, and all other technology needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting and resolving issues related to laptops, iPhone, iPad and Video Conference technologies (Zoom, Teams, ecc…), and able to successfully troubleshoot issues both independently and in collaboration with all available resources;
Providing a high level of customer service while supporting end users;
Overseeing and troubleshooting video conference and telecommunications systems in coordination with regional technical resources;
Maintaining configurations of all notebook and desktop computer systems according to established standards;
Running analysis and reporting, auditing, and inventory control as required.
Qualification:
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Italian and English;
Very good customer service skills, a natural approach to understand and users’ needs;
Reliability and a goal-oriented approach;
Desire to continuously learn and grow to further IT knowledge;
Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
At least basic skills in the following areas: Windows/Apple hardware and software, telecommunications, network, audio/video systems, Microsoft Office, Mobile Data Cards.
Plus:
University Degree completed or ongoing in Information Technology/Computer Science;
Experience or familiarity with Air-watch MDM;
Experience with Audio and Video-conferencing system technologies and devices, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Poly.
