Trainee / Internship – Hybrid
The SO FRESH Fronting team, located in Madrid, Lisbon & Mumbai, is in charge of the day-to-day communication to Finance applications.
Fronting team located in Lisbon is in charge of administration and production support of accounting back-office tools (input and control accounting tools), user support and tools availability communication towards users
In addition, the team will be the first level of support (Ticketing/Rerouting) for all Finance & Risk.
Job Description:
As a Trainee of SO FRESH CONNECT FRONTING, you will participate and contribute to the main activities
Work in a collaboration mode with all team members of Fronting team and the Team Leader;
Contribute, create and maintain team meetings and deadlines for all team projects;
Contribute, create and maintain management dashboards (KPI and others reporting);
Help the team in their recurrent tasks and controls.
Qualification:
Educational background: Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
Fluent in English (B2 Level minimum) mandatory
