ENGINEERING SUMMER INTERNSHIP 2023
OFFER NO 1 – Manufacturing Engineer
Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace
Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration
Help develop and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release and manufacturing deliverables
Work with colleagues to review and approve engineering data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met
Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements
Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope
OFFER NO 2 – Design Engineer
Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace
Supports and/or creates and provides basic technical documentation
Help develop and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release and manufacturing deliverables
Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements
Supports review of technical design, analysis, and production by reviewing documentation, participating in design reviews, and observing tests and audits to ensure compliance.
OFFER NO 3 – Structural Analysis Engineer
Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace
Supports and/or creates and provides basic technical documentation
Performs limited structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements
OFFER NO 4 – Electrical Installation Design Engineer
Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace
Supports and/or creates and provides basic technical documentation
Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Assists in supervising supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Solves problems concerning wiring part over the entire product lifecycle
Qualification:
BA or MA student of aviation, mechanical or production engineering – related studies
Must be legally able to work in Poland
Knowledge of digital circuit design parameters (e.g., throughput, rise time, clock frequencies, propagation delay)
Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English
Experience of using CAD systems
Curious; proactive approach to learning and development with a passion for aerospace and aviation
Basic knowledges of material coatings and finishes
