Boeing Engineering Customer Support – Airline Technical Support Team

Boeing Poland is looking for students for the paid summer internship in RZESZÓW during the months of July, August and September 2025.

Support the team with stress analysis and customer support type of work

Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace

Support and/or create and provide basic technical documentation

Receive basic Boeing technical training

Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release deliverables

Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects

Assist with producibility assessments for part or product designs

Be inquisitive, pro-actively seek information and assist in completing the work statements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Rzeszów, Poland.

Qualifications:

Bachelor, Master or higher student, or recent graduate of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering – or a related field of study

Must be legally able to work in Poland

Basic knowledge of aircraft construction

Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English (minimum B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Material science basic knowledge

Proficiency in stress analysis

Field Service Representative Intern – 2025 Summer Internship – Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

– Assisting in the development of airline support strategies, in coordination with senior leaders within Boeing and customer organizations.

– Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, and assist in the initiation of corrective actions to ensure satisfaction with Boeing products and services.

– Providing support for airline operations and contributing to the development of support plans and strategies.

– Reviewing maintenance, engineering, flight operations, and performance data to address aircraft and fleet reliability issues.

– Assisting in developing solutions to technical and operational challenges.

This internship will be on-site in Dubai. Responsibilities will include:

– Utilizing technical skills and knowledge to assist customers in achieving proficiency in the operation and maintenance of Boeing products.

– Contributing to the development of support plans to meet customer objectives and monitoring their implementation.

– Acting as a liaison between Boeing and customer personnel, providing technical training and support to resolve technical and operational issues.

– Assisting in the implementation of aircraft entry into service plans, including training and support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.

– Building relationships across multiple organizations and with commercial airline customers to ensure satisfaction with Boeing products and services.

This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the aviation industry and contribute to the success of Boeing’s customers in Dubai, UAE, and beyond.

Qualifications:

Studying towards a relevant degree

Students in their penultimate year of study (one year away from graduation)

Basic knowledge of aircraft construction

Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English (minimum B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation (e.g., specifications, procedures)

Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and production organization principles

Understanding of the basics of defining, maintaining, and validating technological processes

Experience or skills in improving manufacturing processes (Lean Manufacturing)
