Communication & Marketing Intern – Zurich
Job Description:
Bringing new ideas for internal content and engaging with the sales team
Assisting in preparing social media content and publishing it on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and company website
Supporting our Communication & Marketing Officer in maintaining active interactions with online communities
Helping with the planning of campaigns and scheduling postings on various social media (with tools such as Hootsuite and Sociabble)
Collecting inputs from the Business Units and preparing content for internal platforms
Composing and distributing newsletters and internal communications
Proposing and organizing internal content animations (games, quizzes, contests)
Assisting in the development of sales material (such as presentations, brochures, banners, roll ups etc.)
Coordinating internal and external events
Joining the teams in creative brainstorming sessions for a diverse range of projects
Helping on reports and metrics to build on: website, intranet, social media, Marketing and Communication actions
Qualification:
Currently enrolled to Bachelor’s or Master program in Communication or Marketing
First experience in Communication & Marketing field
Fluent in English (additional knowledge of French or German would be a plus)
Good balance of analytical, social and creative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in digital content, online publishing and social media
Hands-on, proactive, eager to learn and further develop
Knowledge of CMS (such as WordPress) would be a plus
Good command in graphic design would a plus
Experience in IT is not mandatory but would be a plus
