Project Management Trainee – Construction, Design, Project Management
Eligibility Criteria:
Program focused exclusively on students of the last two semesters of the career in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
You must have the optional insurance of the educational institution where you study.
With availability to go to the office and assigned projects 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday (we can adjust the hours according to your school calendar)
Advanced conversational English level (assessment will be carried out in English)
Intermediate Office Management (simple formulas and functions, filters, dynamic tables, entering data, graphs)
Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of financial terms and principles, ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions to carry out basic financial analysis.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to present information effectively.
Main activities and objectives of the program:
Work under the direction of an experienced Project Manager and complete work assignments related to construction projects, remodeling, interior design, etc.
Develop functional understanding and experience in a variety of operating segments within the project area and in support of unit objectives.
Identification, validation and analysis of plans and architectural documents, cross engineering, administrative control and similar projects.
Analyze, review, compile, prepare and update marketing materials, proposals, project information for the development of new businesses when applicable.
Compile and update the data of the various stages of the projects and activities assigned by the segment.
Gather and coordinate the necessary materials for the operation of each of the projects in the segment, as well as updating the information of the different stages of the project.
Maintain accurate and updated information on the different projects that are managed within the segment; as well as the understanding and delivery in time and form of the information.
