Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

Consulting Tech Intern (12 month program) – South Africa
As a Consulting Tech Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud technology projects, both for internal initiatives and external clients. You will work closely with senior consultants on cloud migration projects, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to the overall success of cloud solution implementations. Job Description
As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Your primary task will be to provide support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means). Able to work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management and, in some areas, may work independently. Solutions often take time to develop through research, collaboration or problem replication.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve from simple to complex technical issues concerning Oracle WebLogic Application Server & related technologies, or developer tools-related issues (Oracle Forms / Reports, Oracle Rest Data Services, Visual Builder Cloud, Oracle Machine Learning, etc.). The role might require your flexibility to work in weekends and public holidays.
