Graduate Trainee
Application Engineer – Trainee – Poland
Supporting the client in the engine selection process (Engine Selection) and checking the installation at the design stage (Design Review)
Installation Review for less complex Cummins engine installations
Performing simple analysis and test data reports using MS Office and Cummins test data analysis tools
Identifying technical problems and potential solutions in the development of new projects
Supporting Engineers, Sales and Marketing as well as Production through mediation in contact and through activities with the client
Supporting acceptance tests of the entire region under the local group of Application Engineers – it may be necessary to travel domestically and abroad
Preferred higher education – studies in the field of mechanical engineering
Current category B driver’s license
Fluency in English and the local language
Basic knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as a minimum
Additional Skills and Responsibilities (Locally Defined)
Calibration and development of measuring equipment.
Performing the entrusted tasks in compliance with the relevant health and safety rules
Conducting trainings and presentations for clients

Sales & Service Coordinator Trainee – Czech Republic
Supports sales and service teams by collecting and preparing data for sales quotations, system administration, internal & external data analysis executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
Provides prompt assistance to customers through limited forms of media.
Resolves basic routine customer issues.
Supports service department in daily administration.
Cooperates with other departments within company (domestic and international)
Prepares sales quotations for aftermarket operations.
Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Action oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
