Internship within M&A / Corporate Finance – Zurich
Corporate Finance provides the full range of investment banking products and services for our clients, including financial advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions, such as IPOs and bond offerings.
Job Description:
As part of your role, you will participate in the preparation of client and marketing presentations as well as in the execution of M&A and ECM transactions.
You will work on a broad spectrum of corporate finance topics, including the analysis of companies’ strategic and financial profiles as well as in-depth industry research and valuation work
Qualification:
• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master degree (ideally in business administration, finance or economics) or have graduated no more than 6 months before the internship starts
• Previous work experience in finance or (investment) banking is an asset
• Good understanding of the finance industry as well as current business and economics environment
• Strong numerical skills, quick and ambitious learner
• High degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment
• Ability to work under pressure in a vibrant environment and dealing with multiple requests at the same time
• Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in English and German
• Keen interest in the Swiss corporate landscape as well as willingness to develop a long-term career in Switzerland
