Job Responsibilities
- Talk to our users to find ways to make applications easier and more intuitive for them.
- Understand people’s roles and working styles so we can recommend tools to make their job easier.
- Design integrations to cut out needless manual work and form-filling.
- Analyze data to see where processes can be made easier, faster and more reliable.
Job Requirements
- Including but not limited to a recent/upcoming graduate of a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or a certification program (e.g. a Bootcamp or Apprenticeship). Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of these.
- Curious about how things work and how they can be improved.
- A good listener who can get to the heart of what people really need, not just what they tell us is the solution.
- Able to use data to understand how a process is working or where it is going wrong.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa – if you can explain complex parts of your degree to a friend on a completely different course, that’s what we need.
- Passionate about and committed to lifelong learning – willing to invest time in training and developing your skills.

Job Description:
This is your opportunity to join our Development team and help create the next generation of Cisco Collaboration Software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Problem solving skills across multiple technologies, including cloud, server, client, UI, UX, Machine Learning
- Software Development across multiple operating systems, environments and platforms
- Coding skills in some or all of Java/Python/C++
- Object Oriented Design methodologies and Software Design principles
- Strong emphasis on Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and Automated Testing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, in a highly collaborative environment
- Participate fully in Agile and Scrum Software Development
- Demonstration practical application of these attributes via project or intern work
Qualification:
B.Sc. / B.Eng / M.Sc / M.Eng or equivalent qualifications in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Software Development, Computer Networking, Electronics or other equivalent disciplines with an emphasis on Software Design practices.
Eligibility:
Graduated, undergraduate or completed relevant courses/ bootcamp training
Legally entitled to live and work in European Union
