Operations Intern – Europe
Job Description:
You will introduce and support the roll out of Quality Management programs and identify Quality/system/process, requirements.
You will promote department Quality and monitor results for management.
You will manage country audit program to ensure effective system is being complied with and/or improvements areas are identified.
You will perform internal quality audits and support the external audit activities.
You will work with Operations and Functional department to identify and introduce Best Practice within the organization.
You will promote supplier partnership program through audit and support program in supplier management system so that reliable suppliers play a part in our total customer satisfaction program.
You will work closely with all departments and recommend solutions/actions to resolves process/operations issues.
You will Setup action list together with each department & function and work with relevant departments to implement solution to improve operations processes, quality and efficiency.
You will work closely with colleagues to identify solution, best practise and KPI for the country to improve existing processes.
You will facilitate review of current processes regularly and recommend solution to management for more effective operations of the management system.
You will carry out process diagnostics and introduce Business Process Reengineering / Improvement to achieve better efficiency.
You will introduce an effective document management system within the organization to ensure consistency and standardization of process within the country and provide day to day advise on Quality related matters.
You will compile information for regular management review meetings and to call for respective meetings and monitor proposed corrective actions.
You will ensure that all corrective actions pertaining to external audits are implemented and closed.
You will ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual report as well as improvement projects.
You will work with local IT to ensure DGF needs in regard to applications are covered on a case-by-case basis.
You will manage improvement on a daily basis and monitor them through reports, facilitate and support in the improvement initiatives and work with all departments to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualification:
A Degree in related field.
Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
Good computer knowledge
2 years’ experience or less.
