Business Analyst, Tax Transformation – Full Time and Co-op 2023 – Canada
Job Description:
Confer with Tax Transformation to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies to assist implement client solutions.
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production by working with internal teams to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Create and update internal and external documentation
Gathers requirements from internal teams and translates them to programmers and developers
Liaison between Tax Transformation and internal Technology team in order to provide technical solutions to meet client needs.
Identify and document requirements, assess security risks to data and software products, assist developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security risks.
Respond to questions and concerns from managers and partners with supporting research and recommendations.
Qualification:
Pursuing a Business, computer science, engineering, or similar.
Experience with generating creating documents or reports.
Familiarity with any of the modern programming concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query), UiPath or other similar RPA products, and/or SharePoint would be an asset.
Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Has strong time-management and self-motivation abilities, with a great sense of ownership.
Familiarity with or interest in project management methodologies.
