Product Management Intern Engineer– Life Safety Systems Europe
This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in product development, portfolio management, and market analysis within Honeywell Fire and Life Safety, a global leader in fire detection, commercial fire systems, and life safety solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
– Support Product Management in market research, innovation analysis, and product development processes.

Technical Support Internship (BMS)
Job Responsibilities:
1st response to BMS Technical TTC and SI stakeholders over touchpoints; phone and e-mail and manage and log requests on BMS’s asset system Salesforce/ NEX;
License management for legacy BMS and Niagara based systems and support Honeywell brands with further touchpoints under the Multibrand support umbrella;
Issuing customers with literature that can support and promote self-help;
Supporting other parts of the business to resolve escalated issues arising from customer contact i.e. complaint ownership and call escalation;
Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Calls in relation to all types of queries and escalations from internal and external customers
Qualifications:
Final-year student in a bachelor’s or master’s technical degree program as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Cyber Security (or any technical related field);
Technical background either from IT or BMS perspective;
Computer literate – MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook;
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to support all levels of customers, both internal and external;
