Technology Specialist: Full-Time Opportunities for University Graduates
As a Technology Specialist, you will engage with and guide customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverage sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understand customer needs, collect customer feedback, and provide strategic input to customers. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate Microsoft solutions to prove capabilities, apply architectures to client scenarios, and engage in partner sell-with scenarios to leverage partner ecosystem. Act as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations
Job Responsibilities
• You will engage with and reach out to customers with coaching and guidance from others and develop an understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps as well as drive technical wins with support from peers.
• You will engage other resources, leveraging basic resource knowledge for key areas of technology as needed to overcome technical blockers on assigned technology set.
• You will engage in partner sell-with scenarios, build your awareness of partner technical capacity through observation and review customer interactions to raise competitive information and contribute to the product strategy by soliciting and communication customer feedback.
• You will tailor Microsoft standard messaging to the audience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products and contribute to demonstrations of solutions and present reference architecture to partners or customers for key parts of their technology sets.
• You will build your own awareness of digital transformation sales methodologies and consume and leverage readiness materials to expand your domain knowledge and practice expertise as you promote readiness to internal teams and actively participate as a member of the Microsoft tech community.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent in German
• Fluent in English

You will leverage sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. You will understand customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. You will act as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.
• Develops understanding of current customer context and anticipates next steps. Uses product expertise to build credibility with customers.
• Reviews customer interactions and raises competitive information to account teams to contribute to development and landing of compete strategies.
• Contributes to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback.
• Tailors Microsoft standard messaging to audience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products.
• Contributes to demonstrations (e.g., proof of concept [POC] sessions) of solutions based on specific Microsoft products through initial engagements and coaching from senior colleagues.

National Technology Internship Opportunities
As a National Technology Intern, you will drive long-term market shaping and development for Public Sector, all regulated industries, and/or other industries and create a positive environment to expand market. You will build bridges between regulatory and customer engagements as an ambassador of Microsoft and support CELA-led projects and contributes to policy-shaping efforts.
