BOEING ENGINEERING ENTRY-LEVEL AND ASSOCIATE POSITIONS
System Engineers – USA
Some of these positions are hybrid.
Join us as we build the future in Engineering! Opportunities are available in but not limited to: aerospace/flight, mechanical/structural, electrical, software, product security, systems, manufacturing, industrial, material, and test engineering.
These entry-level and associate positions have a start date anytime between January 2024 and September 2024. Applicants best matching the attributes of the available positions and the candidate qualifications described below will be scheduled for interview. Qualifications:
Currently majoring in one of following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil (especially Structural emphasis or interest), Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Physics, Software, Structural, Quality, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Engineering Mechanics, and Systems).
Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2024
Preferred:
Strong academic performance
Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships
Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing
Level 2: Bachelors and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master)
Typical Education & Experience for Level 1 Roles:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Typical Education & Experience for Level 2 Roles:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Entry-Level summary pay range: Min: $44,100– Max: $ 117,000
Associate summary pay range: Min: $56,000 – Max: $145,000

Entry Level Systems Engineers – Brazil Engineering
Responsibilities:
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical and functional interfaces.
Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Supports the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
Works under guidance of the team lead and senior employees.
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications
Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
Must have a degree in Engineering
Must be eligible for CREA (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia – CREA) or able to obtain it within 6months of graduation.
Good verbal and written communications skills in the English Language

Entry Level and Associate System Engineers – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Developing system architectures
Performing technical analyses
Analyzing customer inputs to define system requirements
Performing functional development/modeling of the system behavior
Conducting functional, performance, and environmental testing
Developing verification and certification artifacts and interfacing with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Experience or completed coursework within Aerospace, Systems Engineering, electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
Summary pay range for Entry Level (Level 1): $62,900 – 85,100
Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $75,650 – 102,350
