New Mexico Graduate Entry Level Process Engineer – United States

Job Responsibilities:

Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.

Defines and establishes flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.

Selects and develops material and equipment for the process to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability requirements.

Plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle. Drives improvements on quality, yield, reliability, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.

Transfers process to high volume manufacturing and provide support in new factory start-up as well as install and qualification of the new production lines.

Knowledge of statistics and experimental design; and the skills to apply that knowledge to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.

Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Intern – Thermal Analysis – United States

Job Description:

Assist in the development of thermal modeling.
Process automation.
Documentation development.
Support CPU thermal/mechanical solution development for various server market segments by working with a team of cross-site architects, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and structural engineers.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Advanced Memory Design Engineer – United States

Job Description:

Driving memory bitcell definition and peripheral circuit solutions on Intel’s most advanced process technologies.- Defining and implementing design and construction rules for memory components and Macros.
Developing and validating memory libraries for Process Design Kit (PDK) releases.
Pioneering layout automation on memory collaterals, arrays, and peripherals.
Engaging in memory pathfinding activities and optimizing power, performance, and area (PPA) through design technology co-optimization (DTCO).

This is an entry level and compensation will be given accordingly.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess a MS degree with 6+ months of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineer degree a related discipline.

6+ months of experience in the following:

Knowledge of the CMOS ASIC design flow.
Custom digital circuit design, simulation, layout design, and verification.
Knowledge of EDA tools used for analog, digital and mixed-signal circuit design.

Preferred:

6+ months of experience in the following:

Experience with advanced CMOS process technology and device physics.
Experience in design, characterization, and verification of custom memory circuits such as SRAM, Register Files, ROM, etc.
Experience in physical design optimization on custom circuits.
