Intern Marketing Assistant – Europe

This program is for students who are recently graduated or just at the very end of their degree/masters. Only pending 1 or 2 subjects and/or the final project. Students cannot have extracurricular experience related to the field of their bachelor’s degree.
It is a FULL-TIME paid internship. Whilst working with us, you will also study a MASTER OF PERMANENT TRAINING IN PRODUCTIVITY, ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION (120 ECTS), online course by Universidad Nebrija.
We are looking for an intern to join our EMEA ACX Field Marketing team to help us in the campaign and marketing projects execution. The position will be based in Madrid.
The internship has a duration of 12 months in which the candidate will learn from the planning and creation of the marketing strategy to the execution of the campaigns, events, social actions, etc…. During this time, the candidate will also be part of the DEEP WORK project in which will have access to a master’s degree.
Job Responsibilities
• Candidates holding BA/BS Marketing, Advertising & PR, Communications, or similar.
• Fluent level of English is a must
• Speak French/Italian/Portuguese is a plus*
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PPT)
• Web design, photography, and video/video editing skills are a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Responsibilities:
Participate to resolve high level, very complex, or previously unknown issues requiring expert technical knowledge and business acumen.
Work with experienced ASE and the customer to establish plans for integration of new software releases, database backups, and recovery strategies
Research technical and industry related issues in Server Technology
Perform root cause analysis of difficult database/applications problems and their solutions
Assist to provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle Cloud solutions, best practices, and industry trends.
Identify and communicate pertinent Oracle alerts
Interface with Oracle development, Support, Consulting and on-site support
Analyze trends of product usage by customer
Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams, business development during Sales cycles to come up with optimal solutions for customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ( Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, Business Management, etc.).
Project Management or Account Management
Basic understanding of Oracle’s latest product technologies, solutions, or services.
Knowledge with Cloud technologies such as OCI, Azure, AWS etc. Cloud certifications highly desirable.
Knowledge of Database and database methodologies such as Database management, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, SQL analysis etc.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
Familiarity with machine learning technologies
Demonstrates good communication and project management skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer focused environment.
