Internship Document Management & Process Improvement
JOB TITLE: INTERN DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scope A (Document Management)
The intern will be assigned to support in the Document Management process with the following key deliverables:
Document review exercise for BMS System documents, Operating Procedures (the intern will be expected to support other departments as assigned by CCI HOD) and identify improvement actions.
Support on Design Flowchart and document conversion including formatting.
Support on Document Distribution (review and approval) via O365 Planner and Nitro.
Scope B (Records Management)
Scope C (Asset Modification Brownfield Project)
Scope D (Process Improvement)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Office Management, Record Management, Computer Science etc. with a minimum 3.5/4 or its equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Proficient in editing software e.g., Computer programming languages, Illustrator, Dreamweaver,
Photoshop, Canva etc. Shall have the required editing software (Preferable).
Detail oriented and meticulous.
Good English communication (both written and verbal)
Creative in problem solving – able to propose/come out with relevant solution and taking action.

Internship Supply Chain (Inventory & System)
JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP SUPPLY CHAIN (INVENTORY & SYSTEMS)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist on creation, amendment and deletion for materials code in Oracle & Maximo.
To assist on master data clean-up activity (in Oracle/Maximo).
To assist in department reporting and other related scope

Internship Operations Reliability & Integrity (Mechanical Static)

JOB TITLE: INTERN RELIABILITY & INTEGRITY (MECHANICAL STATIC)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Participate on Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Assessment for all Mechanical Static related equipment (Pressure Vessel, Piping, Subsea Pipeline, API 14K & API 14J Flexible Hoses, Manual Valves, Pedestal Cranes and overpressure system pressure safety valve / devices (PRD).
· Participate in Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment as per latest API 579-1 Standard on pressure vessel whenever required in Alpha Phe Software.
· Perform Remaining Life (RL) Assessment on piping including recommendation for repair in Alpha Phe Software.
· Participate in Corrosion Management Plan (CMP) updating and continuous monitoring based on approved Integrity Operating Window (IOW).
· Assist on workpack generation for inspection related works.
· Assist engineer-in-charge (EIC) on manpower loading planning e.g. offshore and onshore mobilization & demobilization planning and arrangement for Mech Static Team vendors and team member.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Oil and Gas / Chemical / Aeronautic Engineering.
· Familiarity with and ability to apply basic Mechanical Engineering principles
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word & Power Point).
· Shall be responsive, attentive and commit to good work ethics and adhere to professional engineering code of conducts as per REA 1967 (2015).
· Be able to work effectively with good time management and good communication skills.
· Can-Do attitude to complete the tasks.

Internship Operations (Asset Integrity Assurance)
JOB TITLE: INTERN OPERATIONS ASSET INTEGRITY ASSURANCE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor & Prepare SHEAMS recommendation execution.
Exposure and familiarization on Upstream activities related to Process Safety
Involve in IOAIA Gap Closure processes.
Exposure and familiarization on Petronas Technical Standards (PTS) / IEC / API Standards,
Governing Standard / PGS.
Offsite Assignment – Participate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies.
Involve in planning & execution of MAH Campaign for offshore and onshore.
Participate & assist in HAZOP workshop if required.
Assist Integrity Assurance on reviewing MOC & Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) on Monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum CGPA 3.0/4 or its equivalent.
Fundamental knowledge of Process Safety.
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to understand P&ID (Process & Instrumentation Diagram) PFD and PSI related documents.
Fluent in English.

Intern -Human Resources
JOB TITLE: INTERN -HUMAN RESOURCES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period).
Candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle.
New hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
Record maintenance and reporting.
Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period) – assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.
HRBP – to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above to be eligible for the internship.
Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel

Intern- Subsurface (Reservoir Engineering)
JOB TITLE: INTERN- SUBSURFACE (RESERVOIR ENGINEERING)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PM304: Carry out well & reservoir analysis using OFM database software.
Scope includes QC-ing of input, creating functions & variables for DCA analysis, bubble maps and standardisation of plots for Cendor, East Cendor, West Desaru and Irama production performance analysis.
East Cendor/ Irama: Prepare MBAL input and develop a multi-reservoir model to simulate production/injection performance.
PM304: Consolidation of well test database followed by nodal analysis through PROSPER application to validate well tests and propose well optimization.
PM304: Preparation of production data input to develop daily production losses identification, monitoring, reporting and proposal for production optimization.
PM304: Prepare ODU (Online Data Uploader) submission to PETRONAS. Scope includes data QC, tracking of progress, loading of data, ensuring quality submission for PM304 fields.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.3 or above to be eligible for the internship.
Familiarity with and ability to apply basic petroleum engineering principles.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Experience with industry standard software such as MBAL (material balance), Prosper (well modelling), Saphir (well test analysis), and OFM will be an advantage.
Must be proactive & resourceful.
Must be able to follow instructions and ask questions when in doubt (good communication skills).
Be able to work effectively with good time management.
Able to present ideas/deliverables in a concise and clear manner during technical presentations.
