Tesla Internship, Graduate, Freshers, Trainee 2024
Internship, Collision Technician Trainee (Spring 2024)
Job Description:
Perform guided entry-level work of Tesla electric vehicles
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform various collision repair operations that may include detail, paint prep, disassembly, reassembly, estimating, and mechanical operations
Support senior level technicians to repair Tesla electric vehicles
As required maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
Support Front and Back of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis
Qualification:
Knowledge of collision repair methods and techniques to repair vehicles
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
Must be capable of reporting to local collision repair center
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a “safety first” attitude
Familiar understanding of the English language
Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Job Description:
Drive implementation of global initiatives from Tesla’s executive team
Understand and engage with operational teams to tackle their biggest challenges
Align with regional operational teams on key performance indicators and track progress towards targets
Partner with global and regional teams to develop and implement global changes
Develop ad hoc analysis and communicate key insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help teams stay nimble in dynamic environments
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA or a related field of study and graduating between 2024-2026
3+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including operations management
Evidence of exceptional ability, especially within an ambiguous environment, and a strong drive for excellence and highly collaborative and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
Demonstrated success driving tangible impact / influencing within a broader organization, especially in an analytical/operational role
Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, financial modeling, etc.) and strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders
Excellent problem-framing, problem solving and project management skills
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
